Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Ollabear you agree to these Terms. If you use Ollabear on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you can bind that organisation.
2. The service
Ollabear provides an AI chat platform that answers questions grounded in the knowledge and configuration you supply. Features, limits and pricing are described on our website and may change with notice.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your account, your users, and the content you upload. Keep your credentials and API keys secure. You must have the rights to any content you add to your knowledge base.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Ollabear to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam, attempt to breach security or tenant isolation, or deploy the widget in a way that deceives visitors. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and process it to provide the service. We do not sell it or train shared models on it.
6. Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance per the interval you select. Usage above plan limits may require an upgrade. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance and factors outside our control may cause downtime.
8. Third-party services
The service relies on sub-processors (hosting, AI inference, payments, email). Their availability can affect the service.
9. Warranties & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach or non-payment. On termination we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period, then delete it.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
